The 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air marked GM’s first production use of the full-scale rear fins giving it a more modern look, making it one the most styling sets of wheels available. This car has underwent a comprehensize body-off restoration.

Finished in an Onyx black paint with black convertible top this car will take you back to the 50’s. With no dents or rust to speak of this car is in pristine condition. Everything aligns properly, opening and closing smoothly. All the factory name plates, mouldings, trim pieces and emblems are in mint condition. The chrome accents and bumpers have a polished finish to them. The red and silver interior compliments the exterior and completes that nostalgic 50’s feeling. The correct door and quarter trim panels are in excellent condition and the black carpets are spotless.

Look under the hood and you’ll find the 283 CI V8 engine with a 4-barrel carburetor, mated with a Powerglide transmission. This car has so many options some of which include AM radio, clock, power windows, power seat, door guards, rear fender antennas, fender skirts, continental kit, and “Coker” wide white-wall tires.

This car has a condition rating of 1 which means it concurs in the condition rating. This may actually be better than original. The car must be very low mileage original or professionally restored. Modification must be minimal unless the vehicle is in a modified class. Vehicles in this very limited class would be “trailered” and not “driven” when being moved.

This is a museum quality piece! Appraised in August 2021 as Concours condition.
